Recently, I facilitated a workshop with a client who was struggling to enhance negotiation skills of his key employees, mid and senior management. During the workshop we have discovered that for negotiation on behalf of the company, one has to keep company values in mind. This opened a question how well defined values are reflected in their day-to-day operations. As we delved into an analysis of these values, the CEO experienced a profound “AHA!” moment.
